Well, looks like a hacker group known as NoPE has managed to break into Windows Vista’s security and made a cracked DVD version of it. What’s different from existing Vista cracks is that this one needs no serial number or activation. Performing Windows Updates is even possible.
But this just makes me wonder why spend all the time protecting their software when it seems almost impossible to prevent cracks. These software activation schemes serve only to hinder the honest people.
